Amazing staff very helpful and most spoke English which is a big thing in Brazil. Very clean and modern hotel.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is stylish. The breakfast was a good start to the day, with a very traditional Brazilian breakfast. The location was very good, we were walking distance from many interesting restaurants.

The hotel location was excellent which is close to República or Anhangabau metro station, rooms were on the large size, great buffet breakfast and staff were very friendly despite my non-existent Brazilian Portuguese but staff made a good attempt at speaking English.
